A late Victorian 9-piece part dessert service made by the famous Royal Worcester factory. This service comprising of a tall comport, a pair of low comports and six plates each with a different floral and leafy decoration to the centre reserve. These floral specimens on a white ground were handpainted by a Royal Worcester artist of this period. The rims are highlighted in a bold turquoise enamel with gilt jewelling at the very edge. A gilt floral design wraps around the rim of the central reserve. The foot of the comports are also decorated with the turquoise enamelled border and gilt highlights.

Condition is excellent for its age. No restorations.
Royal Worcester was a leading manufacturer of porcelain in Worcester, England and was established in 1751 by John Wall. Royal Worcester still remains in the luxury tableware and giftware market today, although production in Worcester itself has ended.
