A pair of Royal Vienna  hand painted plates framed with a bronze gilt reticulated framework with a frilled edge.  Signed by Angelica Kauffman with the Beehive Vienna mark and the lovers names written at the back of plates.  Heavy solid gilt bronze with lovers and scenes of nature, dates from 1800's implemented  in the neoclassical style.
Angelica Kauffman made a significant impact on 18 century london art scene and becoming 1 of only 2 female founder Members of the Royal Academy.
