Stunning Murano Venetian Blue Gold Fleck Bird figurine sculpture depicting two birds sitting on a tree branch. Commonly known as the "Love Birds" they are poised elegantly with heads close to each other. It's a classic 1950s Murano Venetian glass sculpture. 
The main body with wings outstretched is light sky blue in color with gold flecks while the other parts of this sculpture is made up of clear glass. 
The clear glass consists of Gold (Aventurine) including the combs or crest, the beaks and the tree branch/ base. 
The crests of the birds and the branch is crafted with the aventurine technique with gold flecks.
